1. General Policy

KwiqSync follows a strict and transparent refund policy aligned with enterprise SaaS standards. All subscription fees, license fees, and service charges are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a written agreement or required by applicable law.

2. Subscription Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle. Once a payment is successfully processed, it is considered final and non-refundable, irrespective of usage level, partial usage, or early termination.

3. Free Trials and Evaluations

Free trials are provided for evaluation purposes only. No refunds apply to trial periods, and no charges are incurred unless the user explicitly upgrades to a paid plan.

4. Upgrades and Downgrades

Upgrading or downgrading subscription plans does not entitle the customer to refunds for unused portions of the current billing period. Plan changes take effect as per billing rules communicated at the time of change.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances such as duplicate payments, incorrect billing due to technical errors attributable solely to KwiqSync, or statutory requirements. Such requests must be submitted in writing within seven days of the transaction date.

6. Refund Review Process

All refund requests are reviewed internally. Approval or rejection is at the sole discretion of the Company, subject to policy terms and applicable laws.

7. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within seven to fourteen business days. Processing time may vary depending on banking or payment gateway policies.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating chargebacks without contacting KwiqSync support may result in account suspension. The Company reserves the right to dispute chargebacks where Services were provided in accordance with the agreement.

9. Taxes and Fees

Refunds, where applicable, do not include transaction fees, taxes, or third-party charges unless required by law.

10. Policy Amendments

KwiqSync reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated policies apply to future transactions only.
